wasn't feeling that good today, had stomach ache since i woke up. ran for 30mins. and as usual, i went out too fast. stomach ache returned after 30min. so i did some streching for about 4 mins. felt a little better so jogged easy for about 17min more, then 3min fast all the way home. really need work on pacing and consistency though.

Did a's and b's, then ran for 40 minutes. I think that my pacing was pretty good. Got home, and did the pedestal abs (the part 1 video) and yeah, that was it.

Again- ran three miles around Cranbury and biked for 15 minutes after. I also did myrtl and attempted pedestal abs (some positions were hard for me)...Overall...I feel GREAT :D

Went for a long run at a steady, easy pace. Did pillars, abs (forgot some of the hard core exercises but I got most of them), and myrtle. Beautiful day!

Beautiful morning, but unfortunately, I did not feel good. Overall, my body just really hurt, and it was just hard to run. I ran an hour with a warm-up and cool down and hard core abs. Considering taking an ice bath now...

We ran from Emma's house, around town and the campus for 40 minutes, finishing at the park with a few laps and Myrtl. After eating a lot of nachos at Emma's house we decided to put off the ab workouts until a little later in the day.

Beautiful weather here in nyc today. Got up early and ran in central park. Ran for about 70 mins. Did one full loop around the park (5.5 miles) and one lower loop taking the 72nd street cutoff (2 miles). Perfect temp. of about 60 degrees. Altogether a great run. I pushed myself on the hills and felt a bit sore, but that's to be expected. Did hardcore abs.

Ran 1 hour (battlefield/Institute woods) at a steady pace. Hips hurt a little during the last 15 min. Did abs. Good weather today!

ran about 40 min and did the pedastal abs. Just wondering I did them exactly like the video, but are we supposed to do them differently? Not sure on how they work, because I remember doing reps one day in practice. Feeling great! I hope everyone's having a great Labor Day weekend!

Ran for 57mins. i ran with my five fingers today with my knee straps on my right knee and both my knees were hurting. those shoes make my ankles super weak because i can't run on grass since it's super uneven and running on hard surfaces for a long time makes them hurt on the inside part. Walked the rest of the run though. I think i'm better off with trainers... I ate so much before I ran it was quite funny how many times i got cramps. Thanks for the link on hardcore abs! They are mad hard but I did them!

Ran for an hour, but my feet were killing me- I got new shoes! Anyways I'm pretty sore all over, I'll ice tomorrow hopefully. Finished with some abs (that I could do without the med ball) and did others that weren't on the list.

Didn't have time to work out yesterday because it was dark by the time I got home, so I did Saturday's workout today. Warmed up, ran for 30mins and did 5 min abs with stability (ABCs)

since my workouts were delayed a day, i did my 13 mile run today in connecticut. i was fine until about mile 7 when i felt really thirsty and dizzy so i stopped at walgreens and bought a bottle of water and a bottle of gatorade. then i drank them and finished up. the two things i learned today: 1) eat breakfast before your long runs or at least drink gatorade or something
2) bring $5 on your long runs or runs in a different place just in case you get thirsty or if there is an emergency

ran for an hour 20 minutes today. I felt pretty good until the end by which my feet were really tired. Plus it was super hot and humid this afternoon.

After I got back in from my run, Helen came back carrying a bat in her t-shirt. She promptly got a lecture from my mom about rabies
