Ran 20 mins to the high school from my house (took the longer way) and when I got there, I saw Kevin Petrovic! I told him I had to do 6x100's, and he offered to run them with me! He really challenged me, and made me go FAST. The run home was really tough though, but I made it around 38 mins and then did abs! Have a good day everyone :)

Hello Ladies!
So today Ms. Helen and i met up at the school and went for a run around mountain lakes and then came back to the school and saw elizabeth! we didn't know what the workout was prior so we didn't do striders and just cooled down instead.
Have a lovely rest of the weekend!

I did the full warm-up with drills, then ran 9 miles (from my house past Hun to the Princeton Shopping Center and back). I felt really tired so I thought I would be slower today, but I timed this one and it took a little less than 63 minutes. I don't understand why my 5k was so slow then yesterday. I'm going to go do myrtl and abs now...

PS: I did striders

This morning: Warm up, drills, 45 minute run on campus, striders, possibly the correct pedestal abs + myrtl. Tonight: icing and foot exercises. The foot feels eerily good.

Run was magical today i was hurting here and there but not enough to stop me. I ran 45:20min, was tough on hills and recovered on downhills, and i didn't slow down at all. Ran with the five fingers again and the knee braces on the right knee. I'm extremely sweaty but i haven't felt more in shape! Wooooo! i'm off to go do abs now. Then i think i might do pillars..

Today I ran with Emma Corr, Severine, Rachel Reiss, and Julie Bond. We ran about 30 minutes. I didn't know what striders are, so on my way home, I sprinted the end. Also, we all did abs. I ran my way home, so it was about 10-15 minutes longer. Myrtle, as always, showed up late, but we got to stretch with her :) Great day, wonderful weather, I felt great! :D

EILEEN-Can we carpool tomorrow? We can take you there, but do you think you could give me a ride home? Call me tomorrow if you see this! (my home phone, my cell is broken)

Full warm up then a 45 minute loop from my house up past smoyer park and back. Run felt great but boy was it humid! Then drills+pedestal abs and a shower. Moving into new room today!

Ran from our houses, met at PHS, and ran the Dempsey. We were both pretty achey for some reason, so we ran at an easy pace. Did abs at home.

P.S. Wasn't the greatest day. Don't know why exactly but I felt really out of shape. While I was running, a fat bug, or a little piece of wood, flew into my eye. I couldn't tell which one it was, but either way, I felt it sting me and it stayed in the corner of my eye until I got home and scratched it up a little bit. Then on the way back, it was pretty dark out, so I stepped on a frog because I thought it was a leaf. Luckily we both survived it (I saw it hop away), but I was pretty freaked out after that. And I felt really guilty and sorry for the little guy. Hopefully tomorrow is better.

i did my 9 miles at night through cranbury, east windsor, and plainsboro. it was great until about mile 7 when i got very thirsty so i stopped at a church and got water. then i had bad cramps for about a mile and my tummy had been hurting all day. the cramps made me sad and then i stepped on a pointy rock in my five-fingers at around 8.5 miles. then i walked home because my foot really hurt and my tummy really hurt. but up until mile 8 i was going at 8 minute pace exactly. then i took a nap and did abs
ps: i saw some of the freshies when i ran down main street!
