warmed up and did pillars, ran for an hour with Christie Samios. We ran to town and into campus, etc. Whad to wear my knee brace again today, right knee felt funky. Took it off to do my striders. Did Myrtl and I can't remember what hard core abs are so i just did 5 mins abs instead.

My heel is slowly progressing better, but still no running. I did walking drills, stretching, AIS, and abs from what I remembered from the videos. I also used the stationary bike at my home for 45 minutes. I'm leaving for Canada to drop my sister off to college, so I'll post my workouts on another comment once I'm back!

I ran for like 50 minutes ( i couldnt figure out how far 5 miles was exactly) and did abs and stretching and everything. I'm pretty sore from everything and ive got tons of blisters but im getting new shoes soon!

To warm up I ran .5 miles, did A's, B's, and pillars. Afterwards I ran for 40 mins. To cool down I did a light small jog, myrtle, and pedestal/5 min abs. Felt nothing unusual. :)

Met up with June Rosen and Charlotte Parker. Ran 2 warm up laps, did A's, B's, and pillars. We ran for 30 minutes. Charlotte did an extra short Dempsey while June and I did 2 cool down laps. Afterwards we did 5 minute abs.

I did a warmup, then ran about 40 min. (39:03 to be exact) not exactly sure how far. I think about 4 and a half miles. Did myrtle and pedestal abs, and felt pretty good today :) Hope everyone's having an awesome Labor Day weekend :D (P.S. feel better Raakel)

warmed up and did pillars then ran 35 minutes and around 4 miles, then did mytrle and pedestal abs

Warmed up then ran 50 minutes with Victoria and Crissy. About 2 minutes into the run my knee started to hurt but it went away after about 5 minutes. Then we did the striders on the track and 5 minute abs

Warmed up and Went for a lovely run through and around mountain lakes with the glovers, did 100 meter striders on the track and cooled down.

CHECK YOUR PHONE!!!!!!! My day was very abnormal and it got dark before I could finish my run. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO and I am very frustrated.

Went biking at first in the morning, and then ran for 35 minutes around Cranbury. Did what I could remember from pillars/myrtl and did 5 minute abs.

Warmed up and did pillars. 26 minutes into the run twisted right foot and stopped. Myrtle. HC abs. Icing foot now (20minutes ice bag, 45 minutes nothing, 20 minutes ice bag, 45 minutes nothing, 10 minutes ice bag). Hopeful about running tomorrow.

I did my workout with my younger sister (who does middle school cross country) and we ran in a park near my house. It was around 7 so the temperature was perfect and we didn't have the sun beating down on us. We ran together until she got tired, and then I continued my run alone, finishing with a cool down lap and then Myrtl and Pedestal abs.

Did my work out with Star and we did easy pace 30 mins in Monroe. Warm up was a loop around my aunt's drive. We did warm up and pillars. We also did myrtles and pedestal abs.

I ran with my mom...It was okay at the beginning, but I think I ran too soon after eating. Did pillars and other abs...forgot how to do HC abs. Rolled my IT band out before I ran, and tomorrow am going to work on really loosening it up. It felt okay during the run though. Also lifted arms this morning. Hopefully tomorrow's run will go better! :)

I ran to the high school and back home (about 5.5 round trip). Warmed up with pillars and finished with 5 minute abbs (didn't remember hardcore abbs), then some streaching (mainly calves& quads). Run felt great, calves felt a bit tight but no big deal.

Sorry I'm posting so late I totally forgot. Anyways I warmed up about 9am and ran with a friend for about 45 minutes. We ran to school from town and did a backwards Hodge box. Afterwards I did mrytl and abs.

Went running for 35 minutes in pennsylvania. Then did the pillars that I could remember and 5 minute abs :)

Hi sorry jordan and I just found out we're supposed to post our work outs. Jordan and I did a's and b's on the way to the fitness center at our hotel. Then we did pillars before I did thirteen on the treadmill and jordan did 50 minutes (we did our long runs friday because we didn't want to be too tired from the wedding). Then we introduced our extended family to merdle! (She's in arizona in case anyone was looking for her)

Traveled all day yesterday so I did the JD new workout today. Added in the alphabet stability exercise and did sevens abs instead because I didn't have a watch. Did the run on a treadmil.

I traveled all day on friday so i did my friday workout today and i will do my saturday workout tomorrow. i ran a 10 mile run in connecticut. it was fun. i thought of a funny joke during my run and i was laughing really hard. i was by myself i couldnt stop laughing for like 20 minutes and people were looking at me like i was crazy. and i did striders after my run
