I started training yesterday.
Nothing major, I ran home from the pool pushing Emma in the stroller. 2 miles with some easy hills.
I am planning on adding this week the following.
AIS-daily
workout 2 -daily
We will see how it goes.

Started training again after finals. So far, I've just done a little bit of volume, abs, and drills everyday. NOT back in shape yet.... How is everyone's second day of summer?

I started training on Saturday, and I've started out with basically what Clara has been doing, but my running is more on conditioning and not so much volume yet. Hopefully I'll be able to start up on the actual workouts soon, since I'm also still getting back into shape. I think I'm going to do cross country in the fall, just don't tell Mrs. Serverson...I'm supposed to do field hockey.

2nd day of training was less inspiring then the first. Oh well. Pick it up again today.
I've been having lots of trouble. My first week back started this past week. My first run was on Wednesday and it was soooo hard! i only ran 17 minutes but it felt like i ran for 40! i did a long bike ride the next day becuase i was really sore and then i went on another run the next day. for the past five or so days ive been alternating between biking and running but this coming week i'm going to try to keep right on the schedule. today i'm going for a run. hoping to get to 30 minutes!!!!
I've been training for 3 weeks and I have been trying to keep up with the mileage but it is hard to do long runs alone so I am excited to do them on Saturdays with the team. On easy days I run 3 miles then jump in my pool and do pool running for 15 minutes. Today I ran 2.6 miles with Victoria and Abby G. and I am going to do a 5K race tonight. I am also going to go on a run with Amelia and Rebecca, who are going to be freshman, on Sunday.
