Greetings XC Parents and Runners,
In the depths of a winter cold snap, I wanted to warmly invite you all to the 2009 PHS Cross Country Awards Banquet. All runners and their families are welcome at this celebration of our fantastic season this past fall. This is always a great banquet and a special celebration, so we urge you to come and bring as many family members as you can. If any of you have pictures of the season, bring them along to show to the team.
INFORMATION:
DATE: Friday January 8, 6:30pm
PLACE: Charlie Brown's Steakhouse, Kingston
COST: $36.00 per person, includes a full 3-course dinner plus dessert
Please make the check out to PHS XC and turn it in ASAP to Coach Smirk.
IMPORTANT- We need to get a preliminary count by Tuesday of how many will be coming. Could you all email me and tell me the number of attendees in your party, including your runner?
I am looking forward to seeing everybody on Friday.
