Paperwork

All Paperwork is due to me prior to the end of school. If you need a physical over the summer that is ok. Get all of the other paperwork in asap and send teh physical as soon as you get it. All paperwork goes directly to the Nurse. Please e-mail me when you have turned it in so I can start putting together the official team roster.
